Nicole is an internationally renowned marketing executive with almost 2 decades experience in driving the world’s most valuable brands in regional and global roles.
Nicole is a change agent and driver of growth strategies in complex and emerging markets with an innate dissatisfaction with the status quo in her DNA.
She is a sought after and internationally renowned keynote speaker, presenter, jury chair, and Finalist of the prestigious ‘Telstra Business Woman of the Year’ Asia award. Nicole is naturally drawn to transformation and progression in herself and those that she leads.
In her current role as Vice President Marketing, Mars Wrigley Confectionery AMEA, she oversees a team of 120 people across 6 clusters and 95 markets to drive strategic growth, particularly for the key emerging markets of India, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and Kenya. Since taking over in 2017, she has revitalised the region to currently the best achieving region in terms of Net Sales Value.
Prior to her current role, she served as Regional VP Marketing for Wrigley APAC with a team of 90 people. In this role, she transformed the APAC marketing organisation and globally led the Doublemint brand from an Asian base.
Under her leadership, her team was able to position the Mints portfolio as fastest growing segment within Wrigley.
During her time as Marketing Director Chocolate, she achieved 3 consecutive years of business and brand growth and delivered above plan on all metrics.
Prior to joining Mars, Nicole held the position of Group Marketing Manager with Foster’s Australia. In this position, she enabled double digit growth on the Spirits and RTD portfolio.
Earlier in her career, Nicole served as the Group Marketing Manager of Nicole Arnott’s Biscuits, a division of Campbell Soup Co.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business from the internationally top-ranking Victoria University of Technology. She continuously hones her leadership skills through continued executive education.
Nicole is a Founding Board Member of the Van Wright Foundation, an organisation that raises research funding for a cure for the rare MECP2 syndrome.
Nicole is a Board Member of The Marketing Society in Singapore.
