Andrew is the Chair of Australia Pork, and a Non-Executive Director at GrowthOps, Foresters Financial, Agricultural Innovation Australia, and Hypetap. He’s also a Senior Advisor at BGH Capital, the Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of Sydney, and has been the Senior Advisor to KPMG’s Customer, Brand and Marketing Advisory business. In addition, he is the Founder of the 24 Hour Business Plan, a management consulting firm specialising in simple and effective business plans that drive growth.

Prior to this, Andrew successfully led major professional services firms for over a decade, as the CEO of two of the country's largest communications agencies, Publicis, and Ogilvy, where he was a trusted counsel to many of Australia's most iconic brands, as well as State and Federal Governments.

Andrew is also a Non-Executive Director of three not-for-profit organisations - the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Oz Harvest and the Queen’s Fund.

Furthermore, Andrew has had previous Board roles at Catch Group, National Basketball League, BirdDog (ASX), Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation (Chair), Deakin Business School (Chair), Tjapukai (Chair), Commtract (Chair), The Song Room (Chair), Melbourne Aces (Chair), and the Communications Council.

After Andrew joined Publicis in 2014, it grew significantly, becoming a sought after partner for companies requiring expertise across the Marketing, Digital and Communications landcape.

Prior to Publicis, Andrew was CEO of Ogilvy Australia for three years. He led the group through its most successful period that saw the creation of some of Australia’s most visible brand communications campaigns including Rhonda & Ketut for AAMI and Share a Coke for Coca-Cola.
 
Andrew is also a keen speaker and writer on the big issues that are shaping the marketing communications industry. He is a regular columnist for News Limited’s The Deal, which is incorporated within The Australian, as well as a keynote speaker with Saxton Speakers Bureau.

He has been named as one of LinkedIn's Top 40 Australian influencers, recognised by Campaign magazine as one of the Top 5 Agency Leaders in Australia and New Zealand, and the winner of Australian Marketing Institute's Sir Charles McGrath Award for his significant contribution to the field of marketing.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Monash University
